The Copperhead 7 Series Smoker is engineered for low-and-slow precision and all-day cooking capacity. With six fully adjustable racks, it’s ideal for everything from full briskets to trays of ribs or smoked vegetables. The digital PID control board and LED screen let you set your temperature precisely between 150°F and 420°F, while the convection airflow and chimney exhaust provide even heat throughout.

Built from heavy-gauge stainless steel with a CRS high-heat coating, this smoker is as rugged as it is refined. It’s fuelled by 100% hardwood pellets and features a 55 lb. hopper with automatic startup and cooldown functions for set-it-and-forget-it convenience. A large viewing window eliminates the need for guesswork, and the grease management system includes a front-access drawer for easy cleanup. The unit also includes one meat probe with space for two, giving you the control needed to execute complex recipes with confidence.
