intoCooking was founded in 2024 in Duncan, BC. Before starting the company, our founder spent years working in restaurants, breweries with in-house kitchens, and pizza shops. That time in the industry showed firsthand how disruptive a broken oven, a failing walk-in cooler, or a down dish machine can be in the middle of a shift. It also showed how hard it can be to find equipment built to hold up under real, daily use.
