1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
1 year from the purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship. Bradley Smoker repairs or replaces defective parts, at its discretion.
- Who is covered: The original purchaser. Not transferable. Valid only in the country of purchase. Commercial or rental use voids it.
- To keep it valid: Assemble, use and maintain the smoker as the manual says, including regular safety checks and removing grease build-up. Do not modify any original parts.
- Not covered: Improper assembly or installation, accidents, abuse, misuse, alterations, vandalism, weather damage, normal wear, chipping, scratching, discoloration from sun, heat or chemicals, and grease fire damage. Bradley Smoker is not responsible for any reassembly. There is no reimbursement for inconvenience, food, injury or property damage.
- How to claim: Try the troubleshooting tips in your manual first. Then contact us with your receipt and the smoker's serial number. Bradley Smoker requires the serial number and may ask for proof of purchase. We will give you Bradley Smoker's contact details so you can reach them directly. intoCooking is an authorized dealer. We do not provide the warranty or assume liability for downtime or equipment failures.
