I smoke everything in my smoker

I've really enjoyed using this smoker; it smokes meat exceptionally well, producing consistently flavorful and tender results. The design and build quality are impressive, ensuring durability and a solid performance overall.

However, the automatic feeder for the wooden discs doesn't work as smoothly as I'd hoped. While it's supposed to feed the discs into the machine automatically, it feels like there's something missing inside to push them down properly. As a result, I've had to manually adjust the discs quite frequently, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Despite this minor flaw, the smoker's ability to deliver delicious smoked meats outweighs the feeder issue. With a little tweak or repair, this smoker would be perfect!

Temperature Probes are not good

I have had my Bradley Smoker for about six years now. It’s a love-hate relationship. The box is beautiful looking. The digital controls are OK. The problems I’ve had are the probes never worked. The company did not help me with this issue.
I bought external digital WiFi thermometer For about $25 that I just put through the door like you do for oven. Now I can sit in the house and monitor it remotely.
The smoker itself works excellent and I’ve never had biscuits get stuck in the stack.
Another issue is that if it’s cold outside, I live in the east, the burner doesn’t have enough capacity to bring it up to temperature easily.
Generally, I no longer cook with it, but smoke and then finish cooking in the house.
This product was so close to a Homerun, but didn’t quite get there. If you’re OK with what I said here when it’s on sale, I would buy another one.
I would probably buy another one.

Love these smokers!

Husband bought this for me to replace the exact model I had for 8 years. I love the ease of use and dependability of these units. Shipping was fast and everything was in working order. The control unit side panel was dented in, not sure if shipping damage or just built that way, but a small "adjustment" with a screwdriver and the unit fit on the setting pins as intended. Seasoned the unit as expected and everything was working as it should. Temp control is about what you would expect in a draft smoker, hotter closer to the element and cooler at the top. Just make your adjustments to how you are cooking whatever you're cooking and all will be good. Invest in a good set of meat thermometers and you're ready to go!
