The Pit Boss 1230G Navigator Series Combo Grill includes a custom-fitting PB1230G grill cover, two meat probes, and a folding front shelf for extra prep space. A pellet-to-gas damper makes cold smoking possible, while the Flame Broiler Lever lets you instantly switch between direct and indirect heat for perfect searing or low-and-slow smoking.
