The Pit Boss 850 Navigator delivers serious versatility with 8-in-1 cooking options: smoke, bake, braise, roast, grill, barbecue, char-grill, and sear—all on a single machine. The Flame Broiler Lever gives you direct flame access for searing or indirect heat for slow, even cooking. Pellet temperatures range from 180°F to 500°F (82°C to 260°C), giving you full control whether you're smoking low and slow or finishing hot and fast.
The grill includes a large pellet view window for easy monitoring of pellet levels, so you can keep an eye on fuel without opening the hopper. Combined with locking wheels, reinforced legs, a modular front-to-bottom folding shelf, and built-in tool hooks, the Navigator 850M is built for convenience, durability, and reliable performance in every backyard session.

Your premium wood pellet cooking equipment is protected by Pit Boss's official factory warranty policy, engineered exclusively for normal domestic use by the original purchaser. This factory policy is strictly non-transferable and explicitly excludes commercial applications.
- Warranty Coverage Summary: Dansons provides a comprehensive 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship on all structural parts and electrical components from the original date of purchase. The factory policy strictly limits obligations to furnishing a replacement for failed components and completely excludes aesthetic wear and tear such as scratches, dents, dings, chips, or minor cosmetic cracks, as well as surface rust or oxidation unless a total loss of structural integrity occurs on the component.
- Key Factory Requirements: To preserve your coverage, the equipment must be installed, operated, cleaned, and maintained in strict accordance with the owner's manual. The warranty does not cover damage or breakage due to misuse, improper handling, or modifications. Any technical reassembly labor costs, transportation charges, or export duties remain completely outside of factory coverage.
- Official Manufacturer Fulfillment: All technical hardware diagnostics, defect evaluations, and replacement component allocations are managed and authorized entirely by the manufacturer, Dansons. Neither Dansons nor the authorized dealer accepts responsibility or legal liability for any incidental or consequential damage resulting from the use of this product.

We do not provide independent warranty determinations or localized repair services. If an internal fault occurs, please contact us directly with your original bill of sale and the unit's official serial number located inside the lid of the hopper, both of which are strictly required by the factory to validate a claim.
