The Pit Boss 1600M offers precise temperature control from 180°F to 500°F (82°C to 260°C), with rapid ignition and quick start-up that gets you cooking fast. Two oven-style porcelain-coated steel cooking grids sit beneath an ergonomic roll-top lid, while two included meat probes and ports let you monitor internal food temps without lifting the lid.
Designed for serious grillers, the built-in prep station features a paper towel holder, trash bag hook, removable cutting board, tool hooks, and a bottle opener. The foldable side shelf and front shelf provide extra prep space, while the bottom shelf gives you additional storage. Cleanup is quick and easy thanks to the slide-out grease tray in the efficient grease management system.
