This Jet Tech EV22 door-type unit is built to be easy to live with. The door opens high for comfortable loading, and the front control panel shows wash and rinse temperatures at a glance. Reinforced fiberglass wash and rinse arms twist out quickly, so routine cleaning is fast.
Day-to-day operation is straightforward. The machine fills automatically and maintains water level on its own. A safety micro-switch stops the wash pump if the door is opened, protecting staff and equipment. Standard 19.75" square racks mean you can use common commercial racks already in your kitchen.
