This 72" prep table is designed for busy kitchens that need maximum rail capacity and storage in a single, streamlined unit. With three doors and a long prep area, multiple staff can work the station at once while keeping ingredients close at hand.
The refrigerated base offers flexible storage with adjustable epoxy-coated shelves, so you can configure the interior for pans, food containers, or backup product.
