This 47" pizza prep table gives operators excellent efficiency at the pizza make line. The refrigerated top rail keeps toppings fresh and accessible, while the full-length cutting board provides ample space to assemble pizzas quickly during rush periods.
Designed for commercial reliability, the cabinet includes adjustable shelving, magnetic tool-free gaskets, and 4" locking casters for mobility and stability. With auto-defrosting and natural R-290 refrigerant, it balances performance and energy efficiency in real-working kitchen conditions.
