Compact 29" refrigerated 8 pan capacity prep table ideal for sandwich and salad make lines.
- Holds food safely between 33–40°F (0.5–4°C) with an electronic thermostat and digital LED display.
- Includes 1/6 size, 4" deep pans and an 11.4" polyethylene cutting board for ready-to-serve prep.
- Self-closing door stays open at 90° for easy loading, with a tool-free, replaceable magnetic door gasket.
- Stainless steel interior and exterior with heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelf for reliable daily use.
This prep table is designed for tight kitchen lines that still need full-featured refrigerated prep capacity. The compact footprint fits smaller spaces, while the cutting board and rail pans keep ingredients close at hand to speed up sandwich and salad assembly.
With auto defrost and automatic condensate evaporation, day-to-day maintenance is minimal. Front-locking casters make it easy to move the unit for cleaning, and the natural R-290 refrigerant and CFC-free foam insulation support efficient, environmentally conscious operation.
