Axis AX-VB4 Vertical Broiler & Gyro Machine
The Axis AX-VB4 is a 4-burner commercial vertical broiler built for high-volume gyro, shawarma, and al pastor programs. Four independently controlled infrared burners deliver fast, even browning, while the E-Z slide dual-rail carriage lets you move the skewer closer to or farther from the heat for precise cooking control. The top-mounted, enclosed motor stays clear of grease and drippings for a longer service life.

Built on an all AISI 304 stainless steel, unitized base for durability and easy daily cleaning, the AX-VB4 includes a large, removable drip tray that simplifies cleanup. Each burner is controlled independently, so you can brown the exterior while keeping the interior juicy, and the adjustable heat deflectors help focus heat where you need it while cutting down on wasted fuel. The unit ships ready for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for propane setups.

The Axis AX-VB4 is backed by MVP's manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Coverage Period: 1 year from the date of original installation, or a maximum of 18 months from the factory ship date, whichever occurs first.
- What's Covered: Repair or replacement of original equipment parts that fail under normal commercial use, when installed and maintained per the owner's manual. Labour is covered when performed by an authorized service provider.
- Getting Service: Contact us and we'll help you get your warranty claim started. Please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready.
Certain conditions apply, including proper installation and use of genuine replacement parts. This warranty covers units used for commercial purposes in Canada.
