This vertical broiler is built for busy gyro, shawarma, and al pastor programs, with a unitized stainless-steel body that’s sturdy, easy to clean, and designed for long-term commercial use. The removable drip tray helps maintain a tidy workspace and speeds end-of-day cleanup.
Operation is simple: set each burner as needed, adjust the carriage on the E-Z slide rails, and choose clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation for perfectly even crisping. A flame-failure safety system automatically cuts gas if the flame goes out, adding a layer of protection during service.
