High-Temp Door-Type Dishwasher Built for High-Volume Kitchens
The Jet-Tech F-47 is a hood-type commercial dishwasher, also called a door-type machine, from the Defender Series. Built for busy restaurants, hotels, schools and care kitchens, it washes and sanitizes with high-temperature water.

The F-47 is built from durable stainless steel for high-volume use. The hood lifts to load and unload racks, and closing it starts the cycle. Two digital temperature displays show the wash and rinse tank water in real time, and the tank heats electrically and fills automatically.
Pick the cycle to match the load: 90 seconds for lightly soiled tableware and glassware, 120 seconds for normal soil, and 180 seconds for heavy soil, serving dishes and pans. The 600-second cycle is a low-temperature disinfection mode. The 40 racks per hour rating is based on the 90-second cycle, and the chamber fits items up to 16.6 in. tall.
Before you order, check the setup: hard-wired 208-240V, 3-phase power, a hot water line (122-140°F at 29-58 psi flowing pressure) and a drain connection for the 1-1/4 in. hose. It stands 56.1 in. tall with the hood closed and 73.9 in. tall with the hood open, so leave room above it for the hood to open. It is built for a dish table top height of 33.4 in., so check that your tabling matches. Detergent and rinse aid dispensers are not included, and local regulations may require an exhaust hood or fan over the machine.

The Jet-Tech F-47 is backed by MVP Group Corporation's manufacturer warranty, covering parts and labor for one year under normal commercial use.
- Coverage Period: One (1) year from the date of original installation, covering parts and labor. Coverage cannot run longer than eighteen (18) months from the date the unit shipped from the factory.
- What's Covered: Defects in material or workmanship under normal commercial use. Coverage does not apply to damage from misuse, accidents, alteration, or improper electrical or water connections.
