Built-in detergent, rinse-additive, and automatic drain pumps handle the dosing, so your team just loads a rack, presses start, and moves on to the next round of glasses. A safety micro-switch pauses the pump the moment the door opens mid-cycle, and the sanitary labyrinth door design means there's no gasket to replace or maintain.
Because the F-16DP sanitizes with heat instead of chemicals, you're not restocking sanitizer between shifts. Glassware comes out streak-free and ready to pour into without a chemical rinse-down first, which matters for a bar running through hundreds of glasses a night.
