The Jet-Tech EV22 is a high-temperature, door-type commercial dishwasher built for busy restaurant and food-service kitchens that need fast, NSF-compliant sanitizing with flexible installation. A tall 16.75" door opening makes loading comfortable, while the integrated stainless steel booster delivers a 185–194°F sanitizing rinse every cycle.

Built with AISI 304 brushed stainless steel body, housing, and wash tank (16-gauge), the EV22 is designed to withstand daily commercial use. The front-mounted control panel displays wash and rinse temperatures at a glance, and reinforced fiberglass wash/rinse arms remove tool-free for quick cleaning. A safety two-way door micro-switch stops the wash pump the moment the door is opened, and the water level fills and regulates automatically.
The dFilter system and double scrap filters keep wash water cleaner and reduce maintenance time, while independently alternating booster and wash tank heating elements help lower peak energy draw. Adjustable bullet-style feet make leveling easy, and the unit can be installed in-line or in a corner with simple field modifications.
