This door-type dishwasher is designed for smooth daily operation in busy commercial kitchens. The tall door opening makes loading comfortable, and the front control panel clearly displays wash and rinse temperatures for quick checks. Reinforced fiberglass wash and rinse arms remove easily, helping speed up routine cleaning.
Daily use is straightforward: the unit fills automatically, maintains water level on its own, and includes a safety micro-switch that stops the wash pump if the door opens mid-cycle. Standard 19.75" square racks ensure compatibility with common dish racks already used in most kitchens.
