The Jet-Tech EV18 is a high-capacity, undercounter dishwasher built for restaurants, cafés, and catering operations that need fast, NSF-compliant sanitizing in a compact footprint. Two programmable cycles (1–3 minutes) let you dial in speed or heavy-soil cleaning, with a dedicated stainless steel booster delivering a 185–194°F sanitizing rinse every cycle.

Built with a 304 stainless steel body, chassis, and wash tank, the EV18 is designed to resist rust and wear under continuous commercial use. The front control panel slides out for easy servicing, and digital temperature gauges make it simple to confirm wash and rinse performance at a glance. A safety micro-switch pauses the wash pump the moment the door is opened, and the water level fills and regulates automatically.
The dFilter system and reinforced fiberglass wash/rinse arms remove tool-free for fast cleaning, while independently alternating wash tank and booster heating elements help lower peak energy draw. Built-in detergent and rinse-additive pumps plus an automatic drain pump keep daily operation hands-off.
