Two programmable wash cycles (1–3 minutes) let your team dial in speed for a quick turnaround or extra time for heavy-soil loads, and the integrated stainless steel booster delivers a 185–194°F sanitizing rinse every cycle.

Built with a 304 stainless steel body, chassis, and wash tank, the EV18 is designed to resist rust and wear under continuous commercial use. The front control panel slides out for easy servicing, and digital temperature gauges make it simple to confirm wash and rinse performance at a glance. A safety micro-switch pauses the wash pump the moment the door is opened, and the water level fills and regulates automatically.
Built-in detergent and rinse-additive pumps plus an automatic drain pump keep daily operation hands-off — load a rack, run the cycle, and move on to the next, without measuring chemicals by hand. That's good news for a busy café or catering kitchen pushing back-to-back loads through a tight service window.
