The Jet-Tech B-21 is a compact commercial undercounter dishwasher from the Defender Series. It fits restaurants, bars, cafés and other small commercial kitchens, and it sanitizes with high-temperature water.

The B-21 is built from durable stainless steel. The top-mounted controls include a digital temperature display, so your team can check the machine at a glance. The tank heats electrically, fills automatically and empties through an automatic pumped drain.
Pick the cycle to match the load: 120 seconds for lightly soiled tableware and glassware, 180 seconds for normal soil and 240 seconds for heavy soil. The 600-second cycle is a low-temperature disinfection mode. The 24 racks per hour rating is based on the 120-second cycle, and the chamber fits items up to 12.6 in. tall.
Before you order, check three things: a 208-240V single-phase receptacle that fits the NEMA 6-20P plug, a hot water line (122-140°F at 29-58 psi flowing pressure) and a drain connection for the 1-1/4 in. outlet. The machine is 23.6 in. wide, 25 in. deep and 31.5 in. tall, and the door needs 38.1 in. of depth when open. Measure the space under your counter and the room in front of it first.

The Jet-Tech B-21 is backed by MVP Group Corporation's manufacturer warranty, covering parts and labor for one year under normal commercial use.
- Coverage Period: One (1) year from the date of original installation, covering parts and labor. Coverage cannot run longer than eighteen (18) months from the date the unit shipped from the factory.
- What's Covered: Defects in material or workmanship under normal commercial use. Coverage does not apply to damage from misuse, accidents, alteration, or improper electrical or water connections.
