Two powerful 15,000 BTU burners heat up fast and hold steady, reaching 700°F in under 10 minutes with the same even distribution you'd expect from a much larger grill. What makes the LUX 400 worth every dollar is that Jackson Grills didn't strip it down to hit a smaller size — they just made it smaller. The same stainless firebox, the same 8mm VGS cooking grates, the same welded construction, and the same infrared rotisserie burner you get on the bigger models. Collapsible side shelves keep things tidy when space is tight, and pinned burners make cleaning take minutes instead of an afternoon. Small footprint, zero compromises.

Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty
Jackson Grills replaces a defective main part for 10 years, at its option, then covers 50% of the part's current retail price for 5 more years. Other parts have their own terms.
- Main parts: Burners, inner and outer hoods, handle, warming shelf, outer pedestal system, firebox, cooking grates and rotisserie burner. The part must be defective in materials or workmanship. The years count from the purchase date. In years 11 to 15 you pay the other half.
- Limits: If a part deteriorates until it stops working, it is replaced in the first year only. After the first year, Jackson Grills may end its warranty obligations by refunding the original wholesale price of the warranted parts.
- Other parts: Flame diffusers and crosslighters are covered for 5 years, then at 50% of the current retail price for life. The natural gas regulator, thermometer, gas valves, knobs, fasteners, igniter, electrode, accessory parts (not built-in covers), and rotisserie motor and kit are covered for 2 years.
- Who is covered: The original purchaser, for non-commercial use. Not transferable.
- To keep it valid: A licensed, authorized technician or contractor must install the grill as the owner's manual describes. Use only genuine Jackson parts. Use the grill as the instructions say and under normal conditions. Return the warranty registration card within 30 days.
- Not covered: Shipping, labor and installation costs. Incidental, consequential or indirect damages. Damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, harsh cleaners, hostile environments, accidents, alterations, abuse or neglect, including scratches, dents, corrosion and heat discoloration.
- How to claim: Contact us with your invoice number and the grill's serial number, and we will help you start the claim with Jackson Grills. Jackson Grills may inspect parts before approving a claim. intoCooking is an authorized dealer. We do not provide the warranty or assume liability for downtime or equipment failures.
