With two high-performance stainless steel burners delivering a combined 30,000 BTUs, the Lux 400 heats up quickly and maintains even, consistent temperatures. An additional 7,500 BTU infrared rotisserie burner boosts the total output to 37,500 BTUs, giving you the power to roast, sear, and grill with precision.
