48-Inch Thermostatic Gas Griddle for Busy Flat-Top Cooking
The Ikon ITG-48 is a 48-inch countertop gas griddle with a 1-inch thick polished steel plate. Four 30,000 BTU U-shaped burners heat the plate, and each 12-inch section has its own thermostat, so you can cook different foods at different temperatures on one griddle. It suits diners, breakfast spots, burger restaurants and catering kitchens.

The cabinet is all stainless steel with double-wall insulated sides, and the front edge stays cool to the touch. The flue sits at the back, and the griddle can be serviced from the front. Preheat for 20 to 25 minutes before cooking, and empty the grease drawer as needed through the day.
The griddle connects to a 3/4-inch NPT gas line and needs 4 inches W.C. on natural gas or 10 inches W.C. on propane. Install the included regulator before first use. Any gas conversion must be done by an authorized Ikon service agent to protect the warranty.
Set the griddle on a non-combustible counter on its 4-inch legs, or on a 24-inch stand over a combustible floor. From combustible walls, keep 6 inches at the back and sides. From non-combustible walls, 0 inches is fine. Vent it under a hood, with at least 18 inches between the flue and the hood filters. The Ikon ITG-48 is backed by MVP Group Corporation's factory warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
- Coverage Period: One (1) year parts and labor from the date of original purchase. Factory time limits based on the shipment date also apply.
- What's Covered: Repair or replacement of defective parts and assemblies under normal commercial use and proper maintenance, for units installed in Canada, including labor and travel within 100 miles (160 km) round trip.
- What's Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, improper installation, lack of basic maintenance, misuse, accidents and shipping damage. Coverage is for the original purchaser only.
