IKON IRSB-36 Commercial Salamander Broiler
The IKON IRSB-36 is a 36" natural gas salamander broiler built for high-volume finishing work — melting cheese, browning proteins, and holding plates ready for service. Three independent infrared burners span the full width of the broiler pan, while a spring-balanced, adjustable rack lets cooks dial in the exact distance from the flame.

Ships configured for natural gas as standard, with the LP conversion kit included for propane installations — specify gas type and, if operating above 4,000 ft elevation, altitude when ordering. The IRSB-36 is ready to mount directly over a 36", 48", or 60" range, or install as a standalone countertop unit on its included legs. For direct wall or range-hood mounting instead, the SM-WMK, SM24-RA, and SM36-RA mounting kits are available as separate accessories.
