60-Inch Commercial Gas Range With Charbroiler and Two Ovens
The Ikon IR-6B-24RB-60 puts six open burners, a 24-inch radiant charbroiler and two ovens in one 60-inch range. Each burner puts out 30,000 BTU, and simple manual controls make it easy for any cook on the line to run. It suits restaurants, steakhouses and catering kitchens that want to grill, simmer and bake from one station.

Each burner has its own standing pilot, and a full pull-out crumb tray makes cleanup faster at the end of a shift. The oven door, sides and hearth are porcelain coated for easier wipe-downs, and the oven thermostat runs from low to 500°F (260°C).
Total output is 316,000 BTU on natural gas or 288,000 BTU on propane. The range connects to a 3/4-inch NPT gas line and needs 4 inches W.C. on natural gas or 10 inches W.C. on propane. The pressure regulator in the box must be installed by a qualified installer, and any gas conversion must be done by an authorized Ikon service agent to protect the warranty. A range on casters needs a flexible gas connector made for movable gas appliances, which is not included.
Install the range under a ventilation hood. From combustible walls, keep 12 inches at the sides and 10 inches at the rear. From non-combustible walls, keep 0 inches at the sides and 6 inches at the rear. Leave at least 40 inches in front. - Coverage Period: One (1) year parts and labor from the date of original purchase. Factory time limits based on the shipment date also apply.
- What's Covered: Repair or replacement of defective parts and assemblies under normal commercial use and proper maintenance, for units installed in Canada, including labor and travel within 100 miles (160 km) round trip.
- What's Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, improper installation, lack of basic maintenance, misuse, accidents and shipping damage. Coverage is for the original purchaser only.
