- Warranty Coverage Summary: Bradley Smoker provides a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing, material, and workmanship defects. This uniform factory coverage applies directly to your smoker unit. The policy is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of components deemed defective by the factory and excludes coverage for unit reassembly labor, normal wear, cosmetic scratching, grease fire damage, or extreme weather exposure.
- Key Factory Requirements: This warranty is non-transferable and valid only within the original country of purchase. To preserve coverage, the product must be properly assembled, used normally, and maintained according to standard factory guidelines. The warranty becomes immediately void if the unit is deployed for commercial or rental applications, or if any original components are modified.
- Official Manufacturer Fulfillment: All technical hardware diagnostics, claim evaluations, and component replacement processing are managed and determined entirely by the manufacturer, Bradley Smoker.
