This vertical cabinet is built for kitchens where floor space is at a premium. Rather than spreading capacity out horizontally, the 32VCUDG stacks two independent drying zones on top of each other behind a single door, delivering the same 304 stainless steel construction and over 5 m² of usable drying area without eating into your kitchen line.

Each zone runs on its own thermostat and timer, so you can dry two completely different products at once, jerky on top and fruit below, for example, without one batch affecting the other. The 32 stainless steel mesh trays dry evenly on both sides, so there's no need to rotate anything mid-cycle.

Temperature runs from 21°C up to 91°C (70°F to 195°F) with a true ambient air setting for low-heat curing, and the 99-hour digital timer keeps long batches running unattended. The double-walled cabinet cuts energy use by as much as half compared to standard models, and the whole unit is NSF and CSA certified for straightforward health department approval.
