The Axis AX GPC 2 provides reliable performance for demanding restaurant and institutional kitchens. Its dual-tank layout allows you to cook different pastas or rethermalize in one unit, saving time during busy service. The seamless tank design and 1-inch full-port drains simplify cleaning between uses.
Each side operates independently, so you can run one tank during slower hours or both for maximum throughput. High-efficiency burners create convective water flow for even cooking and eliminate the need for stirring. Built entirely from stainless steel, the unit is durable, hygienic, and made for long-term commercial use.
